Keys to Freedom Car Donation Program

The Urban Mission is currently taking applications for our Keys to Freedom car donation program. This program enables us to donate a vehicle to a family, with a clear title and full ownership.

Do you or someone you know need a vehicle to help with employment? We encourage you to apply for Keys to Freedom. There are some eligibility requirements that must be met in order to be considered.

1. Valid Drivers License
2. Insurance
3. Must be working at least 20 hours a week
4. Attend Urban Mission drivers safety class
5. Completion of Keys to Freedom application with all required documentation, available on our website or at the main office.

Thank you for your interest in the Keys to Freedom vehicle program. To be considered for this program, please complete this application and return it to our main office building with all appropriate documentation attached.

  • Please list ages and relationship to you any other relevant information about the people in your household.
  • If so, please tell us about your experience.
  • Please include your Driver’s License Number. Your State and Expiration Date. Please also include your Insurance Information.
  • If so, please explain the circumstance.
  • If employed, how long have you been at your place of employment?
  • Please include employer name, address and direct supervisor contact information.
  • Please share with us how you currently get to and from your place of employment and how far you travel.
  • Please list all income for your household. This includes child support and SSI as well.
