If you or someone you know would like to join our Fresh Market food pantry, here is the most up to to date information: 2021 Hours of Operation: Our Fresh Market is open every Tuesday through Friday from 9am to 4pm and until 6pm on Wednesdays. Location: We are located at 311 North 6th Street in downtown Steubenville (43952) in a four story warehouse. All food is typically distributed through the back of the warehouse utilizing a drive through model. We’re excited to formally share with you, our Urban Mission Works program – a growing ministry of the Urban Mission! Urban Mission Works is an employment readiness and mentoring program for members of the community who experience barriers to employment. Individuals wishing to participate in Urban Mission Works engage in the following three program components: Hands-On Work Training: Urban Mission Works offers six 6 different work training sites for participants to engage in supervised hands-on training. This holiday season, the Urban Mission will continue to offer our Christmas programming, but with a few changes. Families will still shop for toys, but in a manner consistent with local and state health department recommendations. Donors will still have the opportunity to give, but can do so by choosing the most convenient way possible. Volunteers will still have a chance to serve, but in a variety of new ways to limit exposure.
